Mastercard Indonesia is seeking a Director, Consumer Marketing to lead Indonesia's consumer marketing and media strategy across channels, driving brand preference and usage. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications...; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 12+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience across brands, digital and media programs for large organizations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and agencies—setting strategy, coaching talent, and driving accountability to outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning capability with end-to-end campaign leadership: insight-led briefs, media planning, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
• Deep expertise in digital and performance marketing (paid social, search, programmatic, CRM) and social/content strategies.
• Experience developing issuer/co-brand and partner marketing programs (B2B2C) at scale.
• Strong media and communications expertise, including briefing and managing media agencies and channel optimization.
• Commercial acumen and financial discipline—able to manage budgets and report impact against KPIs.
• Comfort operating in regulated environments; partner with Legal, Compliance and Risk.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation, execution and optimization of digital marketing using mobile devices and emerging tech.
• Assist business teams in developing deep consumer insights to define multi-channel targeting and POVs for key segments.
• Develop and measure social media content and manage our social publishing calendar.
• Leverage Mastercard's sponsorship assets to drive brand preference and share with customers and cardholders.
• Develop B2B2C best practices and deliver campaigns with Issuers leveraging Mastercard's marketing assets.
