Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd's Jakarta Head Office is seeking an experienced Operations and Compliance professional to monitor mutual funds compliance and liaise with regulators. This role requires a strong leadership background, data analytics, and the ability to drive regulatory alignment within a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will collaborate across teams, manage internal/external stakeholders, and contribute to risk management and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the compliance of Mutual Funds administered by the Custodian Bank PT Bank DBS Indonesia and Discretionary Fund Customers.
• Collaborate with other teams within SFSO and other units/departments in the Bank in order to support the implementation monitoring the compliance of mutual funds administered by the Custodian Bank PT Bank DBS Indonesia and Discretionary Fund Customers.
• Establish good relationship with internal and external parties such as customers and regulators.
• Assist the Head of Operational Control and Compliance in analysing the impact of new regulations to unit SFSO.
• Assist the Head of Operational Control and Compliance in developing improvement processes in theSFSO unit and improving systems used by SFSO
• Escalate to the Head of Operational Control and Compliance or other management in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Have sufficient understanding of the systems/applications used by the Operational Control and Compliance unit.
