Job summary

PT Bank DBS Indonesia is seeking a Direct Contract Corporate Loan Operations Officer in Jakarta Head Office to support loan disbursement, settlement and maintenance processes under DBSI T&O. You will ensure adherence to policies and provide technical assistance to customers while maintaining service standards.

Collaboration with Operations and IT is essential for efficient, accurate processing. Role requires strong communication, time management, and detail orientation, with a Bachelor’s degree

• Prepare and process loan disbursement, settlement, and maintenance transactions (including system captures and adherence to procedures).
• Handle loan disbursement, settlement, and maintenance processing and support overall Loan Ops to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide technical assistance to customers to ensure transactions are processed and delivered per service standards.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and process loan disbursement, settlement, and maintenance transactions (including system captures and ensuring adherence to existing procedures and policies)
• To handle loan disbursement, settlement, and maintenance processing as well as handling control & support process for the overall Loan Ops. Ensuring processing is in adherence with standard policy and procedures and support Business Unit in efficient and effective manner
• Provide technical assistance to the customers and to ensure all loan disbursement, settlement, and maintenance transactions are processed and delivered to customers as per agreed service standards
