Job summary

DBS is seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional to join the Jakarta Head Office for a direct contract in the Payments & Processing function. You will handle daily payment processing for personal loans and card products, monitor suspense accounts, and ensure SLA-compliant adjustments and rebookings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to customer payment inquiries, and support loan collections and related programmes to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily Payment Processing for PL, Credit Card, Cashline, ESL.
• Monitoring sundry/suspense accounts and ensure outstanding items are settled before ageing limit.
• Processing adjustments via email/I-Serve for financial adjustments and re-bookings per SLA.
• Handling collection programs or related marketing programs for Personal Loans.
• Handling customer queries related to incoming payments and ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
