Responsibilities

• Daily Payment Processing for PL, Credit Card, Cashline, ESL.
• Monitoring sundry/suspense accounts and ensuring outstanding items are settled before ageing limits.
• Handling requests for financial adjustments, maintenance, close and re-book and Early Pay Off per SLA.
• Managing the Collection program or marketing programmes related to Personal Loans.
• Handling ad-hoc requests or programmes related to Personal Loans.
• Fee waivers for ESL and related ad-hoc ESL requests per SLA.
• Responding to customer queries on incoming payments and closing complaints within SLA.

• Monitoring sundry/suspense account used for Personal Loan, ensure outstanding item is settled before the ageing limit
• Ensuring the request via email/I-Serve for financial adjustment, maintenance including close and re-book and Early Pay Off request are executed as per SLA
• Handling Collection program or other Marketing Programme related to Personal Loans
• Handling Ad-hoc request/programme that is related to Personal Loan
• Handling fee waiver for ESL and other adhoc request related to ESL product as per SLA
• Handling customer query related to incoming payment etc, and ensure the complaint is responded and closed within the agreed TAT
