• Highlight selling features, seasonal deals, rates, and direct booking perks.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and group inquiries across channels.
• Collect lead details (name, dates, budget, area, contact).
• Pass qualified leads into the CRM/WhatsApp pipeline for immediate follow-up.

Job description

We are looking for a high-volume, execution-focused Direct Booking Marketing Specialist to build and run our organic distribution engine. You will be responsible for saturating social media channels, local property hubs, and online communities with active listings across our growing portfolio of luxury villas and developer inventory in Bali. Your sole mission is maximum market reach and lead generation. You won't be managing slow-paced corporate brand calendars or dealing with guest support—your job is to execute high-volume posting, dominate Facebook Groups, Instagram, and WhatsApp channels, gather lead data, and route high-intent leads directly to our closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Post multiple times daily across designated Facebook Groups, Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp Villa Networks (Bali Villa Hub, Broker Groups), and Instagram.
• Systematically schedule and refresh active listings across our entire portfolio (1-bedroom villas, lofts, and multi-unit developer projects).
• Produce fast, eye-catching property posts, short video reels/tours, and copy formatted for maximum conversion.
• Highlight key selling features, seasonal deals, monthly rates, and direct booking perks.
• Monitor all inbound comments, DMs, and group inquiries across all active channels.
• Collect key lead details (Guest Name, Dates, Budget, Preferred Unit/Area, Contact Number).
• Pass qualified leads in real time into our central CRM / WhatsApp sales pipeline for immediate follow-up by our Sales Closers.
• Maintain a simple daily log of posting volume, active channels, and total leads generated per property.
