Job summary

Gravity Bali is seeking a freelance Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified leads from villa owners and investors in Bali. You will manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), optimize campaigns, and connect lead forms with our CRM.

Remote flexibility is offered; preference for Bali-based collaboration with Gravity management team. Experience with lead generation, analytics, and landing pages is valued, along with strong English communication and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite.
• Proven experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Experience connecting advertising platforms with CRMs.
• Good understanding of Meta Pixel, tracking, conversions, and analytics.
• Experience with landing pages and/or online forms.
• Strong analytical and optimisation skills.
• Ability to evaluate lead quality, not only campaign metrics.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, property management, or luxury travel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns with a focus on lead generation and lead quality.
• Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Provide clear bi-weekly or monthly performance reports.

Gravity Bali is looking for an experienced Freelance Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate qualified leads from villa owners and investors interested in professional villa management and marketing services in Bali.

We are a boutique villa management and marketing company working with high-end private villas across Bali.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising our digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and lead quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Creating and testing different audiences, campaigns, and creatives
• Setting up Lead Generation campaigns and forms
• Connecting lead forms with our CRM
• Setting up automated lead notifications and follow-ups where possible
• Ensuring leads are properly recorded and tracked in the CRM
• Setting up and monitoring Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and events
• Monitoring campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Continuously optimising campaigns based on performance
• Providing clear bi-weekly or monthly performance reports

FREELANCE & FLEXIBLE

This is a freelance position, with the possibility of an ongoing collaboration if the results are positive.

You will work closely with the Gravity management and marketing team.
