Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post multiple times daily across Facebook Groups, Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp Villa Networks, and Instagram.
• Systematically refresh property listings across the portfolio.
• Create fast, eye-catching posts and short video reels/tours optimized for conversion.
• Highlight selling features, seasonal deals, rates, and direct booking perks.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and group inquiries across channels.
• Collect lead details (name, dates, budget, area, contact).
• Pass qualified leads into the CRM/WhatsApp pipeline for immediate follow-up.
