Job summary

Neo Energy Materials seeks an experienced IT/ERP professional to administer HRIS/HCM, ERP, and related systems. This role leads system implementations, maintains governance-aligned integrations, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive mining-industry IT solutions.

You will manage end-to-end projects, ensure data integrity, and develop comprehensive documentation, while optimizing ERP platforms and workflow automation for reliable business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, CS, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in system administration, business process analysis, and ERP implementation; mining/heavy industry experience a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise applications across business functions.
• Proven experience administering HRIS/HCM platforms and workflow automation.
• Proven ERP optimization experience for mining-related industries and integrations with fleet, safety, IoT, and supply chain systems.
• Proven track record managing all project lifecycle phases from initiation to closure.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and manage BAU activities with stakeholders.

• Provide daily application support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities and deliver solutions aligned with operational needs.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise and corporate applications across various business functions.
• Proven experience administering HRIS/HCM platforms, workflow automation, and business applications, such as Lark Base.
• Proven track record in optimizing ERP solutions for mining-related industries and integrating them with supporting applications, including fleet management, weighbridge, safety, IoT, and supply chain systems.
• Proven track record in managing all phases of the project management life cycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workloads against user requirements, including projects, system enhancements, maintenance requests, and day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across application errors, integration failures, user access issues, and other system-related problems.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, system integrity, and documentation discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
