XL Smart career is seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive SIM Card sales growth through digital channels, partnerships, and bundling. You will scale distribution via official stores, live shopping, e-commerce bundles, and device marketplace sellers.

Lead negotiations, design commercial models, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and performance. The role targets ambitious sales growth with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Formación

• Experience in Business Development, Digital Partnerships, or Sales.
• Experience acquiring new partners and closing commercial agreements.
• Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, official stores, live shopping, and smartphone ecosystems.
• Ability to design and execute commercial bundling programs.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new digital partners, marketplace sellers, and distribution opportunities.
• Build a qualified partner pipeline based on sales potential and strategic fit; lead negotiations and deal closures.
• Achieve SIM Card sales targets across assigned digital sub-channels and develop bundling models.
• Design commercial propositions, incentives, and promotional programs to increase acquisition and bundle attachment.
• Prepare partnership proposals, business cases, and commercial models.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, technical integration, marketing activities, and operational readiness.
• Monitor sales performance, acquisition contribution, seller productivity, and bundling effectiveness.
• Develop corrective action plans for underperforming channels and scale successful models.
