You bring 3+ years in digital production or project management, hands-on Python skills, and proven experience deploying AI tools like Midjourney or ChatGPT. Strong analytics and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with hands-on experience in software engineering, automation, AI implementation, or process improvement.
• Strong structured thinking and analytical ability required.
• Hands-on programming ability (Python preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Optimization: Audit manual production processes and implement AI tools, automation, and data-driven systems to maximize speed and efficiency.
• End-to-End Delivery: Manage full digital project lifecycles—from initial scope and resource allocation to data-informed performance tracking.
• Tech & Creative Alignment: Translate performance data and business requirements into actionable specs for creative teams, developers, and data specialists.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage real-time analytics and generative AI to test, refine, and optimize campaigns and digital assets post-launch.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years as a Digital Producer, Project Manager, or Operations Specialist in an agency, media, or tech environment.
• Technical & AI Mastery: Proven experience implementing generative AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway) and workflow automation software (Zapier, Make, Python scripts).
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to read digital performance analytics and translate insights into process improvements.
• Adaptability: A forward-thinking problem solver who thrives on replacing outdated systems with dynamic, tech-first solutions.

Requirements

• Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree any major with 1.5-3 years experience in software engineering, automation, AI implementation, or process improvement.
• Strong structured thinking and analytical ability.
• Hands-on programming ability (Python preferred) & experience 1.5 years
• Strong familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
• Ability to communicate clearly and work humbly with diverse teams.
