Carsurin is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Producer to lead the transition from manual production workflows to AI-powered, data-driven operations in Jakarta. You will own end-to-end delivery, audit processes, and align tech with creative teams to deliver scalable digital projects.

You bring 3+ years in digital production or project management, hands-on Python skills, and proven experience deploying AI tools like Midjourney or ChatGPT. Strong analytics and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with hands-on experience in software engineering, automation, AI implementation, or process improvement.
• Strong structured thinking and analytical ability required.
• Hands-on programming ability (Python preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Audit manual production processes and implement AI tools, automation, and data-driven systems to maximize speed and efficiency.
• Manage full digital project lifecycles—from initial scope and resource allocation to data-informed performance tracking.
• Translate performance data and business requirements into actionable specs for creative teams, developers, and data specialists.
• Leverage real-time analytics and generative AI to test, refine, and optimize campaigns and digital assets post-launch.
