Job summary

Speedwork Indonesia is seeking a Digital Platform Manager to lead the development and execution of the digital platform roadmap, including C-App, SWPOSS, SpeedMall, and related capabilities. You will translate business and ecosystem needs into prioritized digital initiatives and manage projects end-to-end from requirements to post-implementation review.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5–7 years in Digital Product/Platform, Program or Project Management.
Experience managing digital initiatives from initiation to post-implementation.

Responsibilities

Translate business, customer, store and ecosystem needs into prioritized digital initiatives.
Manage end-to-end projects from requirements and design through UAT, go-live and review.
Collaborate with Digital Ecosystem Development Team, CRM & Analytics, and GTECH to ensure solution fit.
Drive continuous improvement in functionality, usability, adoption, and transaction performance.
Oversee BRDs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
