PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) is seeking a Digital Performance Senior Officer to manage budgeting for digital campaigns, analyze results, and optimize lead flow. You will monitor campaigns, drive KPI achievement, and craft programs to boost customer engagement.

The role emphasizes data-driven marketing, report generation, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and program effectiveness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any major with detail orientation and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and campaign tracking.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MySQL, Google Data Studio, Tableau and other data tools.
• A sales-target orientation is desirable.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
