Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven success with lead generation and performance-driven campaigns.
• Hands-on use of GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SAS 360.
• Strong grasp of ROI, CPA, CPL, LTV metrics and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid channels.
• Own and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliates.
• Manage budgets with a focus on ROI, CPA, and CPL.
• Analyze performance using GA4 and testing frameworks to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, creative, and agency partners for compliant campaigns.
• Deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders for scalable growth.
