Strong English and Indonesian copywriting is essential, along with data literacy for performance reporting. You’ll independently manage content calendars, optimize for search and Meta platforms, and pivot tactics based on KPI insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO writing, social media, or related fields).
• Proven track record of building social media strategies derived from research.
• Hands-on content creator who can independently edit and produce photo/video assets.
• Data-literate, with solid working experience in Yoast SEO, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strategic mindset with ability to link content choices to business outcomes.
• Strong copy-writing proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Self-starter who thrives independently and takes full ownership of their domain.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Ownership: manage social media strategy (Instagram) end-to-end.
• Content Strategy & Planning: research audience and competitors, plan a calendar with a strong brand voice.
• Hands-on Production: edit and produce photo/video assets using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe.
• SEO & Meta Optimization: keyword research and content optimization via Yoast SEO, SEMrush, and Meta platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting: track performance and prepare KPI-driven reports.

Orlansoft is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a solid grasp of B2B digital marketing. We aren't just looking for someone to push out posts; we need someone who understands the "why" behind every piece of content, connects it to our business objectives, and can run the show independently.

What You Will Do:

• SEO & Web Content: Research the B2B market and write SEO-optimized content for websites and landing pages.
• Social Media Ownership: Take end-to-end charge of our social media strategy (primarily Instagram).
• Content Strategy & Planning: Conduct audience and competitor research, then execute a structured content calendar with a strong brand voice.
• Hands-on Production: Turn raw photos and videos into finished, engaging posts, Reels, and stories yourself using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.
• SEO & Meta Optimization: Handle keyword research and content optimization via Yoast SEO, SEMrush, and Meta platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, understand what works, pivot what doesn't, and produce regular KPI-driven reports.

What We Are Looking For:
