PT BIOTEK FARMASI INDONESIA is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Ecommerce & Ads) to enhance performance across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. You will develop pricing and promotional strategies, optimize listings, and manage campaigns to boost sales.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, coordinating with marketing, and conducting live streams on e‑commerce platforms to drive growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and analytics dashboards.
• Experience in marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Target-oriented and familiar with sales data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Digital Marketing Specialist (Ecommerce & Ads)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve the performance of company marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
• Develop sales, pricing, and promotional strategies across marketplaces.
• Manage and optimize campaigns (flash sale, vouchers, and marketplace ads).
• Optimize product listings (title, description, visuals, and marketplace SEO).
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and store KPIs.
• Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to increase sales.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams.
• Conduct live streaming on e-commerce platforms.
  

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.

2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and analytics dashboards.

Experience in marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Ads).

Target-oriented and familiar with sales data analysis.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Experience with TikTok Shop and live commerce is a plus.
