Job summary

PT Binajasa Sumber Sarana (BSS Recruitment) seeks a Manager Digital Marketing in Batam to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase leads and conversions, while managing campaigns, advertising budgets, social media, and performance marketing.

You will lead the team, analyse performance, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to optimise leads through to conversion, strengthening brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 4+ years in Digital Marketing with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM and Social Media Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase leads and conversions.
• Manage campaigns, advertising budgets, social media, and performance marketing.
• Lead the team and analyse digital marketing performance.
