Job summary

PT Binajasa Sumber Sarana (BSS Recruitment) seeks a Manager Digital Marketing in Batam to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase leads and conversions, while managing campaigns, advertising budgets, social media, and performance marketing.

You will lead the team, analyse performance, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to optimise leads through to conversion, strengthening brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 4+ years in Digital Marketing with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM and Social Media Marketing.

Manager Digital Marketing role based in Batam, responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase leads and conversion, managing campaigns, advertising budgets, social media, and performance marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase leads and conversion
• Manage campaigns, advertising budget, social media, and performance marketing
• Lead the team and conduct analysis and evaluation of digital marketing performance
• Develop content strategy and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing teams to optimise leads through to conversion

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years experience in Digital Marketing and 2 years leadership experience
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM and Social Media Marketing
• Experience in lead generation and conversion
• Experience in finance/fintech/pawn industry is a plus
