Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation or social media management.
• Proficient in managing multiple social platforms and understanding audience dynamics.
• Experience with social media advertising tools and campaign management (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Business, etc.).
• Proficiency in basic graphic design tools or ability to collaborate with design teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential target clients (developers, architects, interior designers, hotels/restaurants undergoing renovation or new projects).
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels, focusing on social media platforms.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and analytics to optimise campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
• Design and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to attract and nurture potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure generated leads are qualified and support the conversion process.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in digital marketing.
