Job summary

Bija Creative, a Bali-based creative and digital marketing agency, is seeking an Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns for multiple hospitality and F&B clients. You will handle setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting while collaborating with strategy and creative teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, strong data analysis, and the ability to explain results clearly to clients; agency experience and hospitality knowledge are a

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager), and ad performance metrics.
• Able to analyze data and translate it into optimization decisions.
• Comfortable handling multiple client accounts with parallel deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain campaign results to non-technical clients.
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
• Handle campaign setup: campaign structure, targeting, budgeting, pixel/conversion tracking
• Monitor and optimize daily based on performance (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
• Prepare monthly performance reports with clear, client-friendly insights
• Coordinate with the strategy and creative team on copy, visuals, and landing pages
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and placements
• Stay up to date with platform changes and advertising best practices

Bija Creative is a creative and digital marketing agency based in Bali, managing ±20 clients across the hospitality, F&B, and lifestyle sectors. We are looking for an Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns for our clients, from setup to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
• Handle campaign setup: campaign structure, targeting, budgeting, pixel/conversion tracking
• Monitor and optimize daily based on performance (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
• Prepare monthly performance reports with clear, client-friendly insights
