Zeal Group in Jakarta is seeking a commercially driven Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to develop and execute Indonesia-focused digital marketing and influencer strategies. You will build and manage a network of KOLs, financial content creators, and digital partners to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, app registrations, and deposits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian KOL, influencer, digital content, and social media ecosystem.
• Experience in Forex, FinTech, financial services, crypto, online trading, investment, gaming, or other performance-driven digital businesses is highly preferred.
• Proven experience sourcing and negotiating directly with KOLs and influencers.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition funnels.
• Able to analyze campaign data and make commercially driven decisions based on ROI.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Lead end-to-end KOL strategy and business growth aligned with user acquisition objectives.
• Identify effective KOL segments, platforms, and communities for promoting the trading app and services.
• Build scalable KOL acquisition pipelines across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Telegram, and more.
• Onboard and manage high-potential KOLs and content creators.
• Conduct commercial negotiations on collaboration fees, deliverables, and terms.
• Develop collaboration models per KOL audience profile and expected contribution.
• Maintain a healthy KOL portfolio and monitor partner quality.
