Follwr (follwr.app) is a fast-growing creator monetization platform seeking a KOL Specialist to lead growth in Indonesia. You will own the full creator journey—from finding and signing top KOLs to ensuring their success on our platform—and build long-term partnerships with management agencies.

Responsibilities include identifying fit creators, onboarding them end-to-end, helping launch pages, and supporting ongoing growth.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in KOL management, talent management or creator partnerships.
• Established network with key KOLs and management agencies.
• Strong connections in fitness, cosplay and/or lifestyle.
• Track record of signing and managing creators.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
• Must provide proof of experience and results.

Responsabilidades

• Find KOLs and creators who fit Follwr’s profile.
• Reach out to them and pitch the platform.
• Handle onboarding end to end, from first chat to account setup.
• Help them launch their page and start earning.
• Support creators after launch to sustain growth.
• Reach out to talent agencies and build partnerships.
