Zeal Group seeks an experienced Country Manager to lead the launch and growth of our Forex trading application in Indonesia. You will define the local strategy, drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ensure regulatory compliant operations nationwide.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Payments, Technology, Compliance, and Legal to deliver a successful market entry and sustainable business results.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record launching or scaling a digital consumer business.
• Minimum 3 years in country management, commercial leadership, growth, or senior operations.
• Direct Forex/CFD experience is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end launch of the Forex app in Indonesia.
• Develop country GTM strategy, launch plan, and growth roadmap.
• Ensure readiness across Product, Marketing, Payments, Support, Operations, Compliance, and Tech.
• Drive customer acquisition, registrations, KYC, deposits, and trading activity.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to regional/global teams.
• Lead cross-functional country leadership and vendor/partner management.
