Job summary

PT Atlas Copco Indonesia invites applications for a Digital Content & SharePoint Intern in Jakarta. You will support creating and maintaining SharePoint pages and internal digital content across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

The role focuses on turning content and images into clear, engaging pages that meet Atlas Copco standards. Responsibilities include updating SharePoint pages, verifying links and layouts, organizing digital assets, collecting stakeholder feedback, and assisting with testing

Qualifications

• Must be studying or recently graduated in a relevant field.
• Good written English and strong attention to detail.
• Interest in SharePoint or digital content and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

Digital Content & SharePoint Intern Holding Southeast Asia & Oceania

Location: Indonesia (Jakarta) - office-based internship.

Your role

Support the creation and maintenance of SharePoint pages and internal digital content for teams across Southeast Asia and Oceania. You will help turn content and images into clear, engaging and user-friendly pages that meet Atlas Copco Group standards.

You will

• Create, update and format SharePoint pages and digital content.
• Check content, links, images and layouts for accuracy and consistency.
• Organise digital assets so information is current and easy to find.
• Work with stakeholders to gather content, feedback and approvals.
• Support testing and improvements to pages, templates and digital tools.

To succeed, you will need

• To be studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Business or a related field.
• Good written English and strong attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and an interest in SharePoint or digital content.
• Good organisation skills, curiosity, an eye for clear design and a willingness to learn.

Nice to have

Experience with SharePoint, WordPress, Canva or other content and design tools is helpful, but not essential. We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement.
