Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Change Management or Digital/Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives involving system implementation or process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans for digital and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness assessments.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change communication, and resistance management.
• Coordinate training and business readiness activities for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and reinforcement to ensure sustainable change.
• Measure change effectiveness and report progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using the Meratus 4P framework: Policy, Process, People, and Product.
