PwC Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to lead and shape organizational change across complex transformation programs in Indonesia. You will collaborate with client leadership, project teams and stakeholders to analyze impacts, design strategies, and drive adoption through communications, training and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, organization transformation or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience delivering organizational change within complex transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of change management disciplines: stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams for large-scale business, digital and technology transformation programs.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with transformation objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments and change readiness assessments.
• Design stakeholder engagement and communication approaches across different levels of the organization.
• Develop training, capability-building and adoption strategies to support implementation.
• Work with business and technology teams to translate initiatives into organizational changes.
• Facilitate workshops with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify change risks and mitigation actions.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines and junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals and PwC's change capabilities.
