Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, organization transformation or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience delivering organizational change within complex transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of change management disciplines: stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training and adoption.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Manager to join our Consulting practice in Indonesia. You will support clients through complex business and technology transformations by helping organizations prepare for, adopt, and sustain change.

You will work closely with client leadership, project teams and stakeholders to understand the impact of transformation, develop practical change strategies, and drive stakeholder engagement, communication, capability building and adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Lead change management workstreams for large-scale business, digital and technology transformation programs.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with overall transformation objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and change readiness assessments.
• Design stakeholder engagement and communication approaches across different levels of the organization.
• Develop training, capability-building and adoption strategies to support successful implementation.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to translate transformation initiatives into practical organizational changes.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify change risks, resistance and adoption challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation actions.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines and junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals, client discussions and the development of PwC's change and transformation capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated experience in change management, organization transformation, business transformation or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience delivering organizational change management within complex transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of change management disciplines, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training and adoption.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Experience leading teams and developing junior consultants.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in management consulting or professional services.
• Experience supporting SAP, ERP, digital or technology-enabled transformation.
• Exposure to organization design, operating model transformation, workforce transformation or culture change.
• Recognized change management certification or methodology exposure, such as Prosci / ADKAR, is an advantage.
