Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role in financial services.
• Experience leading a team of 9–12 employees.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of retail banking products including funding, lending and investments.
• Knowledge of digital banking products and driving digital adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance across assigned kiosks to meet NTB, funding, cross-sell, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Manage sales pipelines through engagement, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Lead, coach, and develop Digital Banking Advisors and Assistants for higher productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer experience with proactive needs-based solutions and high service standards.
• Maintain SOP compliance, monitor risk/regulatory requirements, and adjust actions via dashboards.
