Job summary

• 2+ years in digital advertising or 3+ years autodidact.
• Experience with at least Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset; familiarity with WordPress and GA4.

You will work closely with the current Ads Manager and be trained to progressively take full ownership of global advertising operations.

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads - Manage budgets and optimize performance independently
• Build audiences, targeting strategies, and funnels
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Analyze KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, etc.)
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad production - Manage multi-country campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in digital advertising (or 3+ years autodidact) - Experience with at least 2 platforms: Google Ads and Meta Ads (priority)
• Ability to manage campaigns independently
• Strong analytical mindset
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4)
• Tools: Notion, Google Sheets, ChatGPT
• Degree in Marketing/Communication is a plus but not mandatory
