Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security, automation, and infrastructure management across the software lifecycle. The role covers testing, monitoring, and release readiness in a dynamic ICT environment.

Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring security hardening for servers, databases, and containers with Terraform and Ansible. Knowledge of Linux, Python or Bash scripting is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps or related areas.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or DataDog.
• Understanding of application security and security hardening.

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer who will be responsible for integrating application security, automation, infrastructure management, testing, and monitoring practices throughout the software development and deployment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Review product requirements and technical design documents to support testing and release planning

Maintain existing applications, including security patching, application bug fixes, and minor application modifications

Implement automated functional and application security testing within CI/CD pipelines

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or related areas

Educational background in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins

Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or equivalent

Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Good understanding of Linux environments

Experience with Python and/or Bash scripting and automation

Experience with Infrastructure as Code / Configuration Management such as Terraform and Ansible

Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or DataDog

Understanding of application security and security hardening
