Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security, automation, and infrastructure management across the software lifecycle. The role covers testing, monitoring, and release readiness in a dynamic ICT environment.

Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring security hardening for servers, databases, and containers with Terraform and Ansible. Knowledge of Linux, Python or Bash scripting is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps or related areas.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or DataDog.
• Understanding of application security and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Review product requirements and technical design documents to support testing and release planning.
• Maintain existing applications, including security patching, bug fixes, and minor modifications.
• Implement automated functional and application security testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement regression testing as part of the deployment lifecycle.
• Implement security hardening for application servers, databases, and containers.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Monitor application performance and system health.
• Track application and software quality metrics.
• Validate release readiness before deployment to production.
