Job summary

Bolttech Inc in Indonesia is seeking a Customer Care Officer to deliver world-class service and manage mobile phone insurance claims from intake to settlement. You will work with carriers and repairers to ensure SLAs are met and provide data-driven support to operations and sales teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma (D3) with 3+ years in claims or customer service, is fluent in English and Bahasa, and can leverage AI-enabled tools and MS Office to enhance service performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) graduates preferred.
• 3+ years in Claims Operations, Customer Service, or Insurance administration.
• Experience with device protection or gadget claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process, register, and administer mobile phone insurance claims, ensuring timeliness.
• Monitor claims to meet client SLAs and complete settlements and related tasks.
• Coordinate with Tel-co or repairers, advising insurers and dealers on claim assignments.
• Handle daily admin tasks including calls, inquiries, data entry, and premium deductions.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and continually aim for customer-centric solutions.
• Collect customer feedback and use it to improve processes and decisions.
• Ensure outbound calls follow scripts and SLA requirements.
• Provide operational support for projects and ad-hoc tasks.
