Job summary

Kapan Lagi Youniverse is seeking a Development Operations Manager to lead the evolution of our infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes. The role will partner with the Software Engineering team to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency of our technology stack.

The ideal candidate will have strong Linux, cloud, and automation skills, with the ability to set priorities, drive improvements, and guide DevOps activities across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• At least 3 years in DevOps, Infra, or System Administration.
• Strong Linux administration knowledge.
• Programming experience in Python or Java.
• Hands-on with Ansible or similar config management.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiar with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience managing web servers and infrastructure.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

We are looking for a Development Operations (DevOps) Manager to oversee and improve our infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes. This role will work closely with the Software Engineering team to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in Linux systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation, along with the ability to manage priorities and drive continuous improvements in DevOps operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Oversee Linux system administration and ensure infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance.

Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible and Python.

Create and maintain Shell scripts to automate infrastructure and operational processes.

Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, and address infrastructure issues proactively.

Collaborate with Software Engineering teams to support smooth and reliable code deployment.

Improve deployment workflows and operational efficiency through automation and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, system, and deployment issues.

Maintain and improve system monitoring, alerting, and operational procedures.

Provide technical guidance and coordinate DevOps activities to ensure operational objectives are achieved.

Manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to critical technical issues.

Continuously evaluate tools and technologies to improve infrastructure and DevOps capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, System Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Linux System Administration.

Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Java.

Hands-on experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools.

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Experience managing web servers and application infrastructure.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Experience managing production infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools.

Previous experience in a team lead or managerial role in DevOps, Infrastructure, or System Administration.
