Job summary

Nostra Solution is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure powering our products across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will design reliable systems, automate toil, and enable engineers to ship features faster.

You’ll work with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps, build and improve CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with product managers and developers in a fast-paced, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and years of experience in system infrastructure administration and engineering across on‑premise and cloud.
• Deep understanding of how workloads run on Kubernetes.
• Design infrastructure solutions and pick the right tool for the use case.
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps practices.
• Comfort with automation scripting in Bash or Python.
• Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with agentic workflows to speed up routine tasks.
• You care about your craft and communicate through actions.
• Able to communicate in English.

• You have strong knowledge and years of extensive experience in system infrastructure administration and engineering, across both on-premise and cloud environments.

• You have a deep understanding of how workloads run on Kubernetes.

• You can design infrastructure solutions — picking the right tool or service for the right use case.

• You have solid knowledge and experience with Infrastructure as Code (such as Terraform) and GitOps practices.

• You are comfortable with automation scripting in Bash or Python.

• You have experience improving CI/CD pipelines and the SDLC lifecycle.

• You have experience working with agentic workflows — utilizing AI to speed up common infrastructure tasks.

Nice to Have

The Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the infrastructure that runs our products across on-premise and cloud environments. You'll run workloads on Kubernetes, codify infrastructure with Terraform and GitOps, automate repetitive toil with Bash and Python, and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines and SDLC. You'll also help us adopt agentic AI workflows to speed up routine infrastructure work.

You'll work directly with our engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner. This approach requires a huge amount of teamwork and maturity and is not right for everyone, but we believe it's the best way to create great software.
