Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to integrate DevOps practices across development and operations lifecycles, coordinate deployment resources, and support rapid feature delivery while maintaining stability. You will design monitoring, manage log systems, and build scalable CI/CD pipelines.

Strong Kubernetes/Docker experience and English fluency are required. The role emphasizes on-prem plus cloud infra knowledge, on-call participation, and database cluster

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in infrastructure or software engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure architecture.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Proficient in Kubernetes and Docker container configuration & deployment.
• Experience in web server and load balancer configuration.
• Solid knowledge of Git version control best practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Ansible.
• Familiar with monitoring platforms (Prometheus & Alertmanager).
• Familiar with log management systems (ELK & Graylog).
• Experience managing databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cassandra including database clusters & DBA activities.
• Note: Experience in handling on-premise server infrastructure is required.
