Smp Technology in BSD, Tangerang, Banten seeks a Development Control Officer Intern (paid) to join our project teams. Based in Tangerang, you will coordinate deliverables, monitor timelines, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply SDLC practices, and gain exposure to Scrum and Kanban, CI/CD, and release documentation. This paid internship offers hybrid work with three on-site days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• IT/Computing major preferred.
• Familiar with collaboration & office tools such as Trello, Jira, ClickUp, MS Office.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Programmer/Network/System/Security/DevOps).
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple project elements with timeboxing.

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our company as a Development Control Officer Intern (paid program) based in BSD, Tangerang, Banten.

Job Description

• Identifies and coordinates project deliverable according to recommended strategic plans and timelines
• Ensure resource availability and allocation along with detailed action plans and scheduling
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties if there are changes on project scope, schedule or cost
• Identify project risk, resolved issues and potential conflicts within a project
• Ensuring user satisfaction and communications to all stakeholders
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques while maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Having knowledge about waterfall & agile methodologies, especially Scrum & Kanban

Requirements

• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Candidates with a major in Information Technology (IT) are preferred.
• Having knowledge about collaboration & office tools (Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Ms Office etc)
• Experience working with various team (Programmer/Network/System/Security/DevOps Engineer)
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project element simultaneously with timeboxing (run multiple workstreams concurrently and stay context-aware)
• Inspect and adapt with SDLC workflow and CI/CD awareness - familiar with pipelines (build-test-deploy), environment management (dev/stg/prod), release documentation, and rollback procedures.
• Willing to Hybrid Work with 3 on-site working days per week.
