Job summary

BOSNET Distribution Indonesia invites motivated graduates to join our internship program in Jakarta. This 4-6 month placement focuses on real-world project coordination, documentation, and progress tracking within cross-functional teams.

You will assist in creating timelines, organizing meetings, maintaining project documents (SOW, plans, risk logs), and contributing to process improvements while gaining exposure to SDLC and Excel-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from CS/IT/Engineering/S&T from reputable university.
• Understanding of SDLC and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in creating project timelines, scheduling meetings, and facilitating team communication.
• Documentation: Help prepare and manage project documents (e.g., SOW, project plans, risk logs).
• Progress Monitoring: Track tasks and milestones using project management tools.

NOTE

This internship program lasts for 4-6 months. If your performance is good and you pass the follow-up test (which will be conducted after the internship), there is a possibility for us to extend an offer as a contract employee

Requirements

• Fresh graduates from Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Science and Technology from reputable university with no class to attend.


• Have a good understanding in SDLC and Microsoft Excel


• Good communication and management skils


• Willing to full WFO from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.
