Job summary

Smp Technology in Tangerang, Banten, is seeking a Development Control Officer Intern to support project coordination and delivery in a hybrid work setting.

You will identify deliverables, coordinate resources, and monitor SDLC/CI/CD processes while maintaining clear stakeholder communications. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies and coordinates project deliverables according to plans.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation with action plans and scheduling.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties if scope/schedule/cost changes.
• Identify project risk, resolve issues and conflicts.
• Ensure user satisfaction and communications to stakeholders.
• Measure project performance and maintain project documentation.
• Familiar with waterfall and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
