• Assist project managers in organizing and tracking project timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings and discuss updates and action items.
• Maintain project documentation including notes, items, and timelines.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and flag potential risks or delays.
