Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on action items.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Support tracking sprint progress and identifying potential blockers.
• Help maintain and update sprint boards and task tracking tools.
• Coordinate between engineering and product teams for clear communication.
• Document meeting notes, action items, and sprint outcomes.
• Assist in improving team workflows and Agile practices.
