Schneider Electric seeks an active Electrical Engineering student for a Project Coordinator Intern role in Jakarta. You will assist project managers with planning, execution, and closure, track milestones, coordinate meetings, and support governance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will maintain project documentation, compile status reports, and help with audits and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP/SharePoint are advantageous; hybrid work is offered.

Formación

• Active students (D3/D4/S1, max 8th semester) from Electrical Engineering major.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience preferred.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; basic understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Project Coordination & Administration: Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Governance & tools: Maintain project data in project management tools (SAP) and assist audits and compliance.
