Indodana mencari Desk Collection Supervisor untuk mengkoordinasikan aktivitas koleksi produk tidak dijamin di Jakarta. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab atas alokasi kapasitas, pelatihan tim, serta peningkatan efisiensi melalui perbaikan proses koleksi.

Kandidat diharapkan memiliki gelar sarjana dan pengalaman kuat dalam koleksi, dengan kemampuan analitis dan keterampilan komunikasi yang sangat baik untuk melaporkan kinerja kepada manajemen.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang terkait
• Pengalaman 5 tahun di bidang Collection
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai Desk Collection Supervisor/Manager
• Pemahaman kuat terhadap aktivitas dan proses collection
• Keterampilan supervisi/manajerial yang baik
• Keterampilan komunikasi yang sangat baik (lisan maupun tulisan)
• Keterampilan analitis dan mampu membuat laporan koleksi

Responsibilities

• Mengoordinasikan aktivitas koleksi produk yang tidak dijamin
• Mengelola aliran pekerjaan untuk mencegah akun masuk ke charge-off
• Merekrut, melatih, dan mengelola kinerja tim collection
• Meningkatkan produktivitas melalui perbaikan proses collection
• Melakukan pemantauan kapasitas dan perencanaan sumber daya
• Mengelola biaya koleksi
• Menyiapkan, mendokumentasikan, dan memantau efektivitas strategi koleksi
• Menyusun laporan mendalam untuk manajemen

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Desk Collection Supervisor

Job Description

• Coordinate collection activities of unsecured products, manage flow rates to prevent accounts from flowing down to charge off and minimize net credit losses
• Recruitment, training and performance management of the collection team to ensure good productivity
• Process-reengineering of collection processes to improve productivity
• Capacity tracking, management and planning to ensure adequate collection resources for the section all the time
• Manage and optimize collection cost
• Prepare, document and monitor strategy effectiveness and custody of the collection strategy/procedure
• Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of all collection strategies. Design and conduct champion & challenger tests of all collection strategies
• Prepares regular and customized, in-depth reports and information summarizing various aspects of unit(s) activities. Interprets important aspects of reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of working experience in Collection and 1-2 years of working experience as Desk Collection Supervisor/Manager
• Strong understanding of collections activities and process.
• Sound people supervisory/managerial skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adequate analytical skills and has experience in developing collection reports to measure collection productivity/performance.
• Experience with collection strategy to achieve both short term and long term desirable result/portfolio quality.
• Ms-office skills.
