Job summary

Atta Studio in Bali seeks a Head of Construction to take ownership of delivery across active projects, guiding teams from pre-construction to handover. The role is senior and hands-on, requiring leadership of site managers, engineers, supervisors and contractors to ensure design intent is realized on site.

You will coordinate with architecture and design teams to maintain constructability, establish sequencing and schedules, and uphold high QA/QC standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on role overseeing multiple sites
• Experience leading site managers, engineers and subcontractors
• Strong ability to review drawings for constructability and clashes

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of construction projects from pre-construction through final handover
• Manage multiple active sites and ensure milestones are met
• Lead site managers, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
• Review drawings for constructability issues and coordinate with design teams
• Establish construction sequencing, master schedules and site diaries
• Maintain QA/QC processes, inspections and snagging procedures
• Provide weekly progress reporting across all active projects
