Job summary

Brain Academy Langsa is seeking a Deputy Branch Manager to lead operations across the Langsa region, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance and maintaining quality of academic processes.

You will drive branch initiatives, including events and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollment; manage the end-to-end customer journey and oversee P&L to optimize revenue in a fast-paced education startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (experience in an English course/educational/start-up environment is advantageous).
• Good knowledge of people management and experience in handling a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing the academic process.
