Job summary

PT. KARUNIA SENYUM SEJAHTERA is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dental healthcare team in Jakarta.

The role focuses on assisting dentists during examinations and procedures, preparing rooms and instruments, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable patient experience. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting dentists and maintaining infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Basic education level suitable for dental assistants (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant education or internship welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare instruments, materials, and rooms before procedures.
• Ensure instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and maintained properly.
• Assist with patient preparation before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards in the treatment area.
• Prepare and manage dental materials and consumables for treatment.
• Support dentists in maintaining an efficient workflow and patient comfort.
• Handle patient positioning and comfort during treatment.
• Dispose of medical and dental waste per procedures.
• Monitor stock of instruments, materials, and supplies.
