Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with high work motivation.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Own vehicle and active Class C driving license.
• Familiar with Denpasar and surrounding marketing areas.

Responsibilities

• Visit building stores, contractors, developers, and prospective customers in designated areas.
• Offer and market BMP Bali products to customers.
• Find new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets determined by the company.
• Follow up on offers, conduct negotiations, and ensure the ordering process runs smoothly.
• Create reports on visits, customer prospects, and sales results regularly.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities in the sales area.
