Job summary

PT Pratama Abadi Industri in Serpong, South Tangerang is seeking a Factory Planning Specialist to develop and manage production plans based on orders, forecasts, capacity, and delivery requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 2–3 years in factory or production planning, preferably in footwear. You will monitor schedules, optimize capacity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Factory Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, preferably in footwear manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, and material requirements planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Familiar with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage factory demand and production plans based on buyer orders, demand forecasts, production capacity, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor production schedules, factory capacity, and material readiness to ensure alignment with production targets and delivery commitments.
• Analyze planning performance, identify potential production constraints, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective factory operations.
