Job summary

HAVI is seeking a Demand Planner for our office in Pondok Ungu to develop and maintain demand forecasts across distribution centers, analyze historical data and adapt forecasts with market changes. Strong collaboration with Supply Planning, Ops, and customers is required to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in inventory control or demand planning, plus a degree in a related field and proficiency in Power BI and English/Indonesian communication.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in Inventory Control / Demand Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Enginering, Economic / Accounting / Business Administration or any business-related course.
• Good command in using Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts (weekly, monthly, and rolling forecasts) across all DCs.
• Analyze historical sales data, trends, and seasonal products.
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy (MAPE).
• Adjust forecasts based on market changes, promotions, and business input.
• Work closely with Supply Planning, Ops and customers across all DCs.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, and slow-moving items.
• Support actions to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Support dashboard reporting (Power BI or similar tools).
• Other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
