About The Role

The Demand Planning Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Supply Chain department. This individual will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance Tentang Anak forecasting models, ultimately ensuring that our inventory levels, production, and distribution processes are aligned with market trends and customer demand.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continually improve demand forecasting models based on historical data, market trends, and demand pattern.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to gather relevant information and insights that contribute to accurate demand forecasts.
• Foster effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed regarding demand planning strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain a balance between demand and supply, reducing excess or shortage situations.
• Prepare and present regular demand planning reports, highlighting variances and trends, to facilitate decision‑making at various levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Basic understanding in coding and machine learning is a plus.
• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related field within the supply chain for at least 1 year.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and driving business insight from the data.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work effectively both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demand.
